A Conversation of Dreams

"I wish, just once, my dreams would come true.
It only needs to be one of my dreams. Just one."

~"Which one?"~

"Ah, but dreams loose their magical-ness when spoken allowed.
Dreams belong in the cold comfort of the night; in stares out the window; on a shadowy street-scape; dwelled upon at a small cafe with a torn and trashy romance; written and hidden behind a photo frame or in a crack, or thrown into the fire.
Now is not the time to talk about my dreams. The criteria isn't right.
Now we can only sigh silently over what we could have, and share our muted wishes to have unspoken dreams come true."

Death Note!!

Just finished reading the entire series of Death Note and had to tell someone. Man that was intense!
I read too much manga but I don't really care. Although it does distract me from my school work. I'm supposed to doing my extension history historical inquiry and instead I'm reading Death Note and then posting about it.
Drats.
At least now i won't have anything to distract my for the rest of the holidays. No manga that is (until the new Naruto comes out next friday. OMG Danzo has sharingan!!). I'll still have facebook distracting me.
Wow. This is a rambling post but whatever.
I'm going to go cook dinner.
Night!

The Bells Toll Five Times

Happy holiday's to those out there who actually have them or get to spend them relaxing and watching the Lion King.
I'll be spending my holiday's completing my History Project for extension history. A 2 500 word essay assessing how the interpretations the Salem Witch Trials have changed over time.
It's not as fun as I thought it would be. Interesting, but not fun.
Welcome to my new follower, Joe Lynch, who shares a name this several famous people including Kenneth Slessor's BFF who Five Bells was written about (thank you advanced english).

Time that is moved by little fidget wheels
Is not my time, the flood that does not flow.
Between the double and the single bell
Of a ship's hour, between a round of bells
From the dark warship riding there below,
I have lived many lives, and this one life
Of Joe, long dead, who lives between five bells...
